Making a New York State National a Guard Fatigue Jacket, Part 5

After working around the house this past weekend, we got back to work on the 23rd New York State National Guard jacket. Within three hours, we attached black wool tape, finished the liner, added the smaller buttons to the cuffs, and cut in button holes and began working on hand stitching those holes.
Black wool tape was whipped stitched to the collar.

Sleeve liner was whipped stitched after placing three buttons on the scalloped cuffs.
Using a 7/8 punch, button holes are hand stitched.
Buttons are added on the jacket.
